This product is prepared from fresh and raw Green Capsicum that is hygienically cultivated by using a sophisticated farming methodology. Capsicums are an excellent source of vitamin A and C and are sweet because of their natural sugar. Having carved a niche among our customers, we provide high-grade frozen capsicum in the market at the most affordable rates. The color and natural flavor of capsicum are maintained by proper processing and packaging.
General Standards : Product is free from added sugar, dyestuff, synthetic flavor, stabilizers, pesticides & herbicidal residues and radioactive contamination.

Preservatives : Free from chemical preservatives
The Capsicums are delivered fresh to the factory, each load is quality assurance sampled and assessed for foreign material and physical defects. The vegetables are then washed, blanched, inspected and frozen to -18°C or below. The process ensures that the natural flavor & aroma of the vegetable is retained in the final product.
During packing, the Capsicum is inspected before weighing and filling into poly-lined packagings. These packages are Best Before and Production date coded, check weighed, metal detected, palletized and stretch-wrapped before being despatched to the clients, at -18°C.
